* Gallegos says ‘clerical error’ gave wrong impression of her court Responding to a state DWI expert’s criticism that she isn’t hard enough on DWI offenders, Santa Fe Municipal Judge Frances Gallegos on Thursday provided more detail on why she says her court’s records have not been reflective of the jail sentences or fines she imposes. Gallegos said the records she’s been forwarding to the state don’t show the jail time or fines imposed in DWI cases.
