Ricky A. Williams, who has two previous driving while intoxicated convictions, was arraigned on another felony DWI charge Friday by Niagara County Judge Peter L. Broderick Sr. Williams, 28, of 24th Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty. He was pulled over April 15 in the Town of Lockport. In February 2004, Broderick placed him on five years’ probation for a 2003 DWI incident. That one had constituted a violation of the probation Williams received after a 2001 DWI conviction.
