A county drunken-driving task force is planning a full-court press on Texas legislators, hoping 1993 will bring tougher laws against those who drive while intoxicated. Among its goals, the Dallas County DWI Task Force wants the blood alcohol level at which a person is considered drunk as defined by law to be dropped from 0.10 percent to 0.08 percent, said County Commissioner Chris Semos, chairman of the task force.
