Acheson. “He had blood alcohol level at less than .10 under two specific tests and, therefore, he is conclusively innocent of the charges,” said Acheson, who disputed police accounts that Taylor failed a Breathalyzer test. [Steve Courson], 33, has heart disease and said, although it is not known what caused the condition, he suspects it could be linked to his longtime, heavy use of steroids. “They don’t know if it was from a virus or whether it was the result of former steroid use,” Courson told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
