Family tragedy sparks renewed call for stricter DWI punishments

Paul Gonzales and his family were on their way home to Las Vegas from a soccer match in Bernalillo on Nov. 11 when their minivan was hit head-on by a drunk driver going the wrong way on Interstate 25. Gonzales; his wife, Renee; and three daughters, Alisha, 17, Jacquelynn, 11 and Selena, 10, were all killed in the crash.
