FORT WORTH - Former visiting Judge Franklin Douthitt was indicted yesterday on felony charges of drunken driving and has resigned from the bench, officials said. Douthitt, 56, was indicted by a Tarrant County grand jury in connection with a minor auto accident on Aug. 27 involving a Fort Worth police car in a parking lot off Bryant Irvin Road, according to court and police records.
