Roberto Hinojosa is hoping a police videotape taken the night of his 10th DWI arrest will convince a jury he is not guilty.

Hinojosa, 41, went on trial Thursday before 227th District Judge Mike Machado on his fourth felony drinking-while-intoxicated charge. If convicted, the former county elections department employee could face five years in prison.
