The Navajo Nation, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah have a moral responsibility to work together to fight the high number of DWI drivers. Construction is set to begin in December on a four-year $175 million project to widen U.S. 491 from a two-lane to a four-lane highway between Shiprock and Gallup.
