DWI suspect flles from jail

Freedom was short-lived for a man who tried to flee to the St. Francis County Jail, after being arrested for the tour, while intoxicated Wednesday. Harold Carter, 45, West Memphis was arrested by a jumper from Arkansas State Police for the second offensive, DWI, along with the misuse of tags driving on a suspended driver’s license, drinking in public, and no evidence of the insurance. After taking account of the County Jail, Carter, argued that a door was opened by a staff member of the institution upon request. He was captured after a short pursuit of hunting and resume foot in the prison, where an additional third level of leakage has been added. |
