An Arlington man recently paroled for his 13th drunken-driving conviction may be forced to return to prison for violating the terms of his release when he was stopped last month on suspicion of drunken driving, a parole official said yesterday. Parole officials in Austin issued an arrest warrant Jan. 30 for Carl David Dalton, 37, after learning that Dalton had been stopped on suspicion of DWI.
