Those convicted of felony drunken-driving charges would face additional prison time under a bill passed 26-10 Tuesday in the Senate. Senate Bill 441 would include DWI arrests in the state’s habitual offender act. Drunken driving is the only felony not currently included in those statutes, said the bill’s sponsor, Sen.
