FORT WORTH - Visiting Judge Franklin Douthitt faces thepossibility of jail time for a previous drunken-driving case after a felony drunken-driving charge was filed against him yesterday. Douthitt, 56, was arrested two weeks ago on suspicion of drunken driving in connection with a minor accident in southwest Fort Worth in which police said his vehicle struck a patrol car.
