Jun. 16–KELLER — Police officers hope the spectacle of drunken drivers being pulled over and arrested will send a warning to other intoxicated motorists to stay out of Keller. In a span of six years, Keller officers have more than doubled the number of people arrested annually in their city and in Westlake who allegedly drove while intoxicated. During the same time, the numbers for several other Northeast Tarrant County police departments have gone down.
