DWI arrests soar in Keller

KELLER — Police officers hope the spectacle of drunken drivers being pulled over and arrested will send a warning to other intoxicated motorists to stay out of Keller. In a span of six years, Keller officers have more than doubled the number of people arrested annually in their city and in Westlake who allegedly drove while intoxicated.
