RALEIGH - The pilot authorities say, was a fatal accident on the night of Tuesday Buffaloe Road is facing a worsening of the cargo en route and royalties could start.

The highway patrol and the Wake County district attorney, verification of the accident at the age of 41, Christine Meyers, 34 years of the death of Ruben Medina, and his son 10 years, Jefferson.

Another child and an adult in Medina car in a state of serious WakeMed. Their names were not made public. Meyers is in the hospital in serious condition.

Authorities say Meyers was drunk when she slammed her SUV in Medina-Honda, and this is not her first time, she was drunk to drive.

Meyers is scheduled in court on April 15 for another DWI.
