FORT WORTH - A Tarrant County misdemeanor court judge has told 77 DWI defendants to install alcohol-warning devices on their vehicles or face jail time, an order that comes as law officers prepare for the annual holiday drunken-driving body count. Judge Phil Sorrells told the drivers, who are out on bail after being accused of repeat DWI offenses, that an arrest warrant will be issued if they do not have the devices by Friday.
