WESTMORELAND - Taberg One man was injured and with DWI in an automobile accident early this morning on Highway 233, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.

The accident occurred, as 18 years, Timothy W. Harrington II lost control of his pick-up truck, “said MP.

Harrington’s vehicle left the road, struck two traffic signs before a guardrail on the south side of the bridge piers, and, finally, to maintain landed in the north of the runway, police said.

Harrington, who had lost consciousness was in St. Elizabeth Medical Center for treatment. It was en route with intoxicated, acceleration, speed limit reduced to a curve, the second degree strengthen unlizenzierten operation of a motor vehicle and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, police said.

Alcohol and vehicle speed, has been responsible for the accident, police said.
Police said Harrington escaped serious injury because he was wearing a belt.

Sometimes in Westmoreland City Court at the end of April, a response on the costs, said the police.
