The new judge in a controversial drunken-driving case revoked the probation of a 10-time convicted DWI offender Friday and sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Clifton J. Neiswander, who was arrested for his 10th DWI while free on bond for No. 9, denied Friday that he intentionally violated the probation state District Judge Harold Entz gave him in November.
